12월 10일(화), 중국조선족동포를 위한 무료법률교육이 진행되었습니다.

12월 10일(화요일), 한중미사랑협회와 시민참여센터가 공동 주최한 조선족동포를 위한 무료 법률 교육 및 현장 상담 행사가 진행되었습니다. 이번 행사에는 박제진 변호사님(노년에 준비해야 할 서류)과 최영수 변호사님(이민자의 권리 및 이민 정책)이 초청되어 실생활에 도움이 되는 법률 강의를 진행하였으며, 한인봉사센터도 함께 참여해 다양한 건강 서비스 활동을 지원하였습니다. 이날 행사에는 조선족동포회 정성국 회장님, 조선족봉사센터 주광일 회장님, 경제협회 Mina Lee 회장님을 비롯한 많은 회원들이 참석하였고, 약 65명의 참석자들이 강의와 상담을 통해 유익한 정보를 얻었다는 긍정적인 반응을 보였습니다. 한중미사랑협회는 앞으로도 두 달에 한 번씩 정기적으로 관련 행사를 진행할 예정입니다.

On Wednesday, December 11, the Korean Chinese American Council and Korean American Civic Empowerment co-hosted a free legal education and on-site consultation event for the Chinese-Korean community. The event featured Attorney Jejin Park, who presented on legal documents to prepare for later life, and Attorney Youngsoo Choi, who spoke on immigrants’ rights and immigration policies. Korean Community Services also participated by providing health-related services. Approximately 65 participants attended the event, including leaders from community organizations, and shared positive feedback, noting that the lectures and consultations were helpful in their daily lives. The Korean Chinese American Council plans to continue hosting similar events on a bi-monthly basis.
