Linda Lee 시의원 공동 후원으로 열린 2025년 어린이날 야외 축제.

푸르른 5월, 어린이날을 맞아 시민참여센터(KACE)가 주최하고 뉴욕시의원 Linda Lee가 공동 후원한 어린이날 야외 축제가 즐겁고 의미 있게 진행되었습니다. 이번 행사는 Helping Monkey, 한중미사랑협회(KCAC), KCMB-TV가 공동 주관으로 함께 참여하여 더욱 풍성한 자리로 마련되었습니다. 아름다운 야외 공간에서 아이들은 자유롭게 뛰놀며 다양한 활동에 참여했고, 서로 어울리며 웃음과 추억이 가득한 시간을 보냈습니다. 이날 축제는 아이들에게 즐거움을 선사함과 동시에 가족과 커뮤니티가 함께 모여 소중한 가치를 나누는 뜻깊은 시간이었습니다. 무엇보다 아이들은 우리의 미래이며, 모두가 함께 지켜야 할 소중한 존재임을 다시 한 번 느끼게 해 준 하루였습니다. 이번 어린이날 축제를 위해 함께해 주신 모든 단체와 관계자, 그리고 참여해 주신 가족 여러분께 진심으로 감사드립니다.

In celebration of Children’s Day this May, a joyful outdoor event was hosted by the Korean American Civic Empowerment(KACE) and co-sponsored by New York City Council Member Linda Lee. The event was co-hosted by Helping Monkey, the Korean Chinese American Council (KCAC), and KCMB-TV, bringing together community partners for a meaningful celebration. Held in a beautiful outdoor setting, children enjoyed a variety of activities, played freely, and shared laughter while creating cherished memories. The celebration provided an opportunity for families and community members to come together and celebrate the joy and importance of childhood. Above all, the event served as a reminder that children are our future and a shared responsibility. We extend our sincere thanks to all partners, supporters, and families who helped make this Children’s Day celebration a success.
